Carrie Johnson, Pharm.D., CDE Vice President Lexington Email: cljohn1@email.uky.edu Responsibilities: Shall perform such duties as assigned by the President and the Officers, including but not limited to serving as the Chair of the Membership Committee. In the field: Carrie is a clinical pharmacist, faculty member and diabetes educator at the University of Kentucky. The clinical unit that she practices in is called PharmacistCARE, a service of both UK HealthCare and the Dean's Office within the UK College of Pharmacy. |
